Deashree Mukherjee : Shree Shwetambar Terapanth Mahila Mandal, Behala, inaugurated Acharya Mahashraman Physiotherapy Center at Saroj Gupta Cancer Centre & Research Institute on 24th December. The National President of Akhil Bharatiya Terapanth Mahila Mandal, Mrs. Neelam Ji Sethia was present as the chief guest for this auspicious occasion. She addressed the gathering and said that ABTMM is an organisation of 435 branches all over India as well as Nepal, who are working for humanity and spreading Jainism.
She applauded the hard work & efforts of Behala Mahila Mandal’s President, Veena Parekh, Secratary Mahima Kothari and her compassionate & hard-working team to make the endeavour a success in this region. The event was graced by ABTMM’s Chief Trustee, Mrs. Pushpa Ji Bengani, Nation Conveyor of Physiotherapy Centre, Mrs. Vimala Ji Dugar & other Core Committee members of the organisation.
This Physiotherapy centre is the 55th centre the organisation has opened across India. It strives to serve the needy patients who cannot afford physiotherapy, by assisting them at very nominal rates. So, this is a benchmark day for entire Kolkata and specially Behala Mahila Mandal.
