New Delhi: The Delhi authorities has filed instances in opposition to 4 airlines for failing to check the RT-PCR check reports of passengers arriving from Maharashtra.
An FIR has been lodged in opposition to Indigo, Vistara, Spice Jet and Air Asia beneath the Disaster Management Act.
“The cases have been registered against four airlines for not checking RT-PCR test reports of passengers coming to Delhi from Maharshtra,” a Delhi authorities supply advised PTI.
Earlier, Delhi had made a detrimental RT-PCR check report not older than 72 hours obligatory for passengers travelling from Maharashtra. Those who fail to furnish a detrimental report could have to stay in quarantine for 14 days. However, constitutional and authorities functionaries together with their workers members have been exempted from this new rule.
