Abhinav Kohli Alleges Son Reyaansh is ‘Missing’ – Claims Shweta Tiwari Took Him to an Unknown Location

New Delhi: Well-known television actress Shweta Tiwari has once again found herself in the spotlight following her turbulent split from Abhinav Kohli last year. In a recent statement to an entertainment portal, Abhinav claimed that his son, Reyaansh Kohli, has been missing since October 25. He alleged that Shweta took their child to an undisclosed location without informing him. Additionally, Abhinav denied allegations of sexual misconduct, asserting that Shweta manipulated her daughter, Palak, to remove him from their lives.

Abhinav Kohli’s Claims About His Son’s Disappearance

While speaking to ETimes, the ‘Ishq Mein Marjawan’ actor shared that he had been taking care of Reyaansh after Shweta tested positive for COVID-19. According to him, Shweta’s daughter, Palak Tiwari, and her grandmother refused to take responsibility for the young boy during this period.

Abhinav further stated that after Shweta took Reyaansh away, he repeatedly attempted to contact her through phone calls and messages but received no response. He even visited her residence, but she refused to meet him or answer his calls.

“Since Sunday, October 25, I have no idea where my son is. He was with me for 40 days straight, but then Shweta suddenly took him away without informing me. I have no clue about his whereabouts,” Abhinav told the portal.

Abhinav Accuses Shweta of Turning Palak Against Him

In another revelation, Abhinav Kohli recounted an incident from last year that, according to him, was the turning point in his relationship with Shweta and her family. He claimed that it all started when he jokingly advised Shweta not to put property in their children’s names, as they might later ask them to leave once they grow up. He insisted that it was meant as a casual remark.

However, Palak allegedly took offense to this comment and engaged in a heated argument with him. Abhinav also alleged that Shweta had influenced Palak by telling her that he disapproved of her boyfriend. He was left in shock when Palak told her mother to remove him from the house.

Allegations of Police Involvement and Arrest

Abhinav stated that things escalated when a trivial disagreement over whether Reyaansh should eat Maggi turned into a major altercation. He accused Shweta of verbally abusing him in front of their house staff. The argument reportedly became so intense that Shweta involved the police, leading to his arrest.

“I was devastated when Palak, whom I had raised as my daughter, told Shweta to kick me out. The next day, a small disagreement over Maggi turned into a massive fight. Shweta humiliated me in front of everyone and then called the police to teach me a lesson. That’s how I ended up getting arrested,” Kohli revealed.

Shweta Tiwari Remains Silent

As of now, Shweta Tiwari has not addressed Abhinav’s claims. The actress is currently focused on her ongoing television project, ‘Mere Dad Ki Dulhan,’ which is set to conclude its run next month after a successful year on air.
